Winter in the Garden

Birdhouse with snow covered roof. Way up high in the winter sky,
two little snowflakes caught my eye.
Down to the ground they fell without a sound.
And before very long,
It was snowing all around.

Snowball
by Shel Silverstein
I made myself a snow ball as perfect as could be.
I thought I'd keep it as a pet and let it sleep with me.
I made it some pajamas and a pillow for it's head.
Then, last night it ran away.
But first -- it wet the bed.

Snow put an end to work!
God Bless America!
